We got to see a screening of Goosebumps last week and it was SO amazing! Although this movie is loaded with creepy monsters from R.L Stine’s books, you will definitely find yourself laughing in between screams as well. After the movie, we talked to the cast because we were dying to know what gives them goosebumps in real life.
Tiger Beat: What gives you goosebumps?
Dylan Minnette who plays Zach:
“For me it’s the idea of someone being in your house at night, who shouldn’t be there.”
Odeya Rush who plays Hannah:
“This might be stupid, but when I was younger I was really afraid of escalators. Going down I always thought when the step comes into the floor, I would slide in. Even now, everyone is always so casual riding the escalator and when I look down, I’m still scared.”
Ryan Lee who plays Champ:
“For me, it’s spider and ghosts. Earlier I decided if those things were combined, that would be the most terrifying thing ever, a spider-ghost.”
Jack Black who plays R.L Stine:
“The thing that gives me goosebumps, is the size of the universe.”
